Network Configuration
Point Cyfin Reporter to your proxy server, firewall or caching appliance's Web logfiles, and the product will generate clear, categorized reports on Web activity.
Array Configuration
You can i nstall Cyfin Reporter on multiple machines to distribute the processing of logfile data, while leaving the primary Cyfin Reporter console free to do reporting.
- Install Cyfin Reporter on your specified machines.
- Follow the steps outlined on the Setup - Array screen to get set up properly.
- On your primary Cyfin Reporter console, add the other machines into its array.
- Enter settings on the primary console, and these will be applied to the secondary machines.
- Run reports from the primary console while the secondaries do all the data processing work. For more information, check the Cyfin Reporter product manual.
NOTE: If you already have existing import data, prior to moving to an Array scenario we recommend that you save copies of the data (.war files) to a 'safe' location first. Likewise, if you have an Array in production but decide to disband it, you should save copies of your import data first. That way, you can place it where you want it after the Array is disbanded.

If you do not find your device on the list below, in most cases Wavecrest can easily add support for your system. Simply email a zipped file containing 24 hours of log file data to support@wavecrest.net. We will respond promptly, and all data will be treated as confidential.
