New Release - Version 8.6.0 for Cyfin Reporter Now Available

  • Enhancements
    • Enhancement - New Groups and IDs Selection. The Groups and IDs selection widget has been completely reworked. As a result it is now much easier to find and select Groups and IDs.   
    • Enhancement - Bluecoat 5 Logfile Support. Support has been added for Bluecoat version 5 logiles.
    • Enhancement - Menu Changes. Some menu items have been rearranged to enhance user experience. The following menu options have been moved:
      • Server Information is now located under Administration menu
      • Check URL is now located under Help menu
      • New Support link located under Help includes:
        • Profiling
        • Webex
        • Send Profiling
      • JobQueue is now located in root menu
  • Corrections
    • Correction - Email Notification. If the product is unable to connect to remote database, it now sends an email notation to the product administrator alerting them about the issue.
    • Correction - Changed Incorrect Wording. An incorrect statement has been removed from the “Site Audit Detail“ report screen. The Site Audit Detail report screen does support wild-cards.
    • Correction - Custom Report Preview. When trying to preview a custom report you no longer get a 404 error when you click on the ‘preview’ option. (All products)
    • Correction - Setup Array Pop-up. While setting up an array using the Setup Array Pop-up when you click the “X” icon it now properly closes the window properly and does not log you out.

NOTE: Internet Explorer 6.0 is no longer supported in Cyfin Reporter Versions 8.3.0 or higher. We recommend that you upgrade Internet Explorer.
